How Can I Return an Item?

If you need to return an unused, unopened product, please contact our customer service team at info@bellenbelle.com to receive the return instructions and address. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. All items must be in their original condition to be eligible for a refund. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

What If I Ordered the Wrong Product?

If you realize you've ordered the wrong products before your order ships, contact us within 24 hours at info@bellenbelle.com, and we’ll help you modify your order.

Once your order has shipped, changes cannot be made. However, you can still return the item once it arrives. Please contact us as soon as you receive the product, and we'll guide you through the return process.

What If I Receive the Wrong Product?

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order at info@bellenbelle.com. We will either send you a replacement or offer a partial refund.

What If My Package Arrives Damaged?

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the outer package before opening it. Inspect the contents for any damage, and if the products are broken or defective, contact us within 10 days at info@bellenbelle.com. We'll arrange either a replacement or a partial refund for the damaged item.

When Can I Expect My Refund?

After we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we'll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.

Please note that sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Can I Exchange an Item?

We only offer exchanges if the item is defective or damaged. If you need a replacement urgently before we receive your defective product, please place a new order for the same item. Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a full refund for the new order.

What Should I Do If My Refund Is Delayed?

If you haven't received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card company as it can take some time to process refunds.
  3. Reach out to your bank for any additional processing delays.
